Kijabe Gimlet
The Gimlet is a timeless classic cocktail whose balance of sweet, sour and spirit has stood the test of time. However, Hiroyasu Kayama from Bar Benfiddich somehow made the perfect better. He added ten muddled fresh Procera berries and the resulting bright, green yet woody drink is our new signature cocktail all across Kenya
Ingredients
- 50ml Blue Dot Procera
- 25ml Fresh Lime juice
- 25ml Simple Syrup
- Procera berries or dried common juniper
Method
- Muddle ten berries aggressively in the shaker.
- Add the ingredients and shake well over ice.
- Double strain into a glass and garnish with 3 berries.
- Glass: Coupe or Nick & Nora
