Blue Dot Martini

Ingredients
- 90ml Blue Dot (many bars prefer more)
- Splash of Dry Vermouth
- Lemon coin garnish
Method
- Rinse the glass with vermouth and discard.
- Pour frozen Blue Dot directly from freezer.
- Express the lemon zest into the gin and wipe around the rim before dropping in the glass.
- Use a Martini Glass pre-frozen
